You are not stuck!

























The unwanted eyeballing is a defensive action when you were in the dangerous situation. It may be coming from anger, fear or both. Just remind yourself that, that situation has passed. You no longer need the defensive measures. Start changing the habit. Occasionally you may feel embarrassed. But know that its 'just embarrassing'- Nothing more! It will get better. Build a support system.Know that your condition is strictly anxiety based. And do not keep it open for interpretations. Pay no attention to people who shame you. You are worthy and you are loved!
