What do I do!

What do I do when I am suffering?
How do I transform it rather than turning into another bad episode of pain?

Ans.

1. Be open to the experience!
2. Take responsibility - How have I gotten in this situation?
(Am I willing to see, how I got here?)

and If someone else is fully to blame for my current state...I have no hope!
If I chose a bad set of people while in my college days, they are not to be blamed!
I made a choice and I cannot change that now!

But if I say, yes that certainly has affected the way I feel at this moment...
There is a link of that situation to my state of being!

But you are free to make better choices today by owning
up to your mistakes!

Its difficult but also liberating!
