The 'Parallelness'!
The ‘Parallelness’ of the two universes astonishes me!
Appears like an illusionist’s trick with a pair of ropes….
They look intertwined as we we begin to look at the
effortless swift movements!
Like a DNA with a million familiar connections…
Yet so unaware about its familiarity!
Almost will-fully ignored! And in turn untouched by fear of any mishap!
And within a blink of an eye, the illusionist is unto his next trick…
The swirls begin to unwind; the DNA was a complex metaphor anyway!
They now appear like a bridge with ropes as guards on either sides…
The ropes on the either sides encapsulate the emptiness and things lost
in the swirls and the twirls of the merry recent past! :)
This ‘span’ shall swallow a lifetime!
‘Parallelness’ that would make one gasp, leaving one in tears!
while passing the elevators, buying groceries,
Making money, spending money, eating and living a life,
in all its glorious mundane insignificance!
With a dim hope that in some reality one shall
Not be alone in that elevator and suddenly even that elevator
Ride shall make sense like it did before!
And 'Parallelness' would be a typo! but until then
This bridge ought to take all the twists and turns like roller coaster tracks…
In a hope, that like a crazy roller coaster ride this too shall pass…this
too shall pass!

Had some Asian food, some dumplings, a coconut lavender lemonade :)
some crispy veggies, stuffed potato gravy, ice-cream with dates pancake!
then watched The lion king! Caramel Popcorn.... Enjoyed! Overspent!
Felt guilty....planning tomorrow's brunch at a 'Bistro' nearby.... ;p
Will enjoy some more guilt..:)
haha....
No brunch for another two weeks now :)

Some lines from the 'Cookie Thief' today! :)
About having the right perspective and understanding :)
With each cookie she took, he took one too :)
When only one was left she wondered what he'd do!
With a smile on his face and a nervous laugh,
He took the last cookie and broke it in half! :D
Its fun to read this poem every single time! :)
She boarded the plane and sank in her seat,
then sought the book which was almost complete!
As she reached in her baggage, she gasped with surprise,
There was a bag of cookies in front of her eyes!
"If mine are here" she moaned with despair,
"Then the others were his and he tried to share",
Too late to apologise, she realised with grief,
That she was the rude one, the ingrate, the thief!
