Some words are just...

I like this word 'devour'- Mainly used for eating habits or
to consume...or to destroy......
Kind of a negative term but the word 'sounds' amazing!
Thinking of using it in the near future....

Crafty ideas for a broken heart! :D :)))

If you ever manage to love 

someone beyond your capacity,

And God forbid if it’s not meant to be,

And if your heart WAS to break,

Well,

1. Make sure to give it (your heart) a crisp cut,

Right there in the centre!

The same way, as you slit

A brittle, crystallised caramel…..

Go to your closet and take that wooden box,

Someday, you had to use the embroidery floss....

Take four strands and tie them together,

Make sure it’s strong,

As it’s the very spine of your creation,

Place the pieces, of your heart, on the either sides,

In centre, let the strands of threads reside!

Take your needle

And now be very gentle,

As you pierce the broken pieces,

we are getting

Started with some stitches.

Pick your favorite coloured thread,

And ‘hem’ pieces to the bundle of strands,

Have you guessed already what are we heading at?

Align two pieces of thick paper,

Cut them nicely in a shape of some petals,

Write a few memories,

You are afraid ‘would fade’,

Inscribe them with coloured markers,

Cause they will last till the end,

Now rope the two petals,

Towards the end, 

of the ‘heart’ sections,

Join them to the strand,

And see; now do you understand?

Broken hearts and treasured 

memories make

Outstanding butterflies!

And flutter occasionally,

When you are running ‘out of life’!

Wrap it in silk and keep it warm

The butterfly WILL beat 

when time goes wrong!

This is the first idea and may there be many,

Make sure you have your ‘crafty kit’ ready! :)

OMG!! :) its time to get back to work!!! 

Daughter of an angel................. :)

How often do you see a butterfly,
unwind on somebody's shoulder
as if it was never to leave!

Just remind yourself of that day,
of the splash of sunlight,
and of who you emerged from!

And then on the rainiest day,
of this expedition,
when you are in a suspicion,

longing for someone that,
you have lost,
seek for a rainbow,
in a distant sky,

Comfort yourself,
as you get to see a spectrum,
Soak it in your heart,
as, it will disappear!

Remember that, memories are
precious perfumes,
and rainbows just don't appear to
turn wishes into fortunes!

oh! how blessed you are
for the colours appeared for once,
when you ordered them.
Be rest assured you can
manage it, all well....

The butterfly came looking for
a place to reside,
instead it found an angel
in disguise...

'It was like magic' you said,
to see the rainbow, as a 'wish come true',
now you see.......you are the daughter
of  that angel you know!!!!!! :)

A Note to Self

Bad things keep happening to good people constantly.
All you can hope for is, when your turn comes,
you will know what to do. And cope with it...
with perseverance.......really thats all you can do!!
